8.How to enable the (Hidden) Administrator Account on Windows Vista?
A: 1. Start the registry editor.
2. Browse to HKEY_LocalMachine\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\
3. Create a new key: SpecialAccounts.
4. In the SpecialAccounts key, create another new key: UserList.
5. In this key, create a new DWORD value: Administrator.
6. Set this value to 1.
7. Restart your pc.
8. Tap the "F8" key as you are booting and select "Safe Mode" from the boot menu.
9. Log into windows Vista with your personal account that holds the administrator access.
10. Open a command window (START->RUN->CMD.exe). At the command prompt type the following "net user administrator /active".
11. Restart your pc. That’s it, You can see the administrator.
12. Note that 10. "net user administrator /active" this command ,before "/" there are in 2 spaces.
